“The House by the Sea” - a country house in a lovely quiet position situated behind the middle of Chrissi Akti Beach near Chania. From most of the spacious rooms in the house there are panoramic views across the sea to the small island of Lazaretta and the town of Chania. The traditional main building, just 10m from the beach, one of the oldest in the area, has been carefully renovated to preserve its character.

There are two independent houses with a shared courtyard and garden

Both houses are furnished and decorated with style and good taste and have a designer look. The prospect of a totally relaxing holiday in Crete close to nature is completed by the beach, patio and garden.
